George Square Glasgow original by Smon Wright is an impressive brightly coloured cityscape framed with a falt white slip and chunky gloss black frame. George Square in Glasgow was named after King George III and features a collection of statues honouring historical figures such as James Watt, Robert Burns and Sir Walter Scott. George Square is one of six squares in the city the others being Cathedral Sq, St Andrews Sq, St Enoch Sq, Royal Exchange Square and Blythswood Square.
