Truth be told, there’s little discerning about a duck who associates himself with the very visual trappings of Chavism, yet for all Charlie’s juxtapositioning against a backdrop of discarded polystyrene coffee cups, alcohol vessels and cigarette papers we all know that this duck has simply ambled into Paul James’s brand new frame completely unawares. And just who could blame him!??!
